The Camino

The Camino slips in and out of Oaxacan neighborhoods, Yucatan jungles, the highlands, deserts, hillsides, and beaches of Mexico to bring a little bit of spice and light to our home in Missoula. Translated as the path or the way, The Camino is our exploration, a desire to step outside ourselves and learn at the feet of others.

Inspired by the vast and various ingredients, techniques, and traditions of Mexico, The Camino seeks to create an atmosphere and dining experience that both respects and incorporates the flare and flavor of the place that brings us culinary happiness.
